A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
General Information
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods freight collect.
Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
